Next stop for Tomlinson?
With the Chargers' release of LaDainian Tomlinson, a new era begins at RB for the Chargers. The real question is what will happen with Tomlinson? He's always said that once he became ineffective, he would retire, but one has to wonder if he feels he can still be effective in the league despite having already hit the kiss of death age of 30 years old. I could see the Saints pursuing him because of connections with Drew Brees, but I'm just not sure Tomlinson wants to be a backup, which is the only option I think he'll have. Could LT walk away from the game?
