Never thought I'd say this...

Never thought I'd say this, but I actually DON'T want the Texas Rangers to pursue Roy Halladay. That's right, I said it! The Jays would most likely want at least one or both Derek Holland and Neftali Feliz, along with a combination of other players. I don't know about you, but I've been watching Holland and he looks like he's figuring it out, especially after last night's near perfect game. Tommy Hunter has been coming along well and it is speculated that Feliz could contribute in the bullpen very soon. With that being said, the combination of those guys making solid contributions will go much further into making a run into the playoffs than Halladay alone. That's my take at least. What does everyone else think?

Roy Halladay would be a nice addition to a starting lineup that is already strong, but it might cost too much in the long run. Seeing Derek Holland last night was great and trading him away with another prospect would be simply shameful. Brandon, I agree wholeheartedly with your position, but, on the flip side, I wouldn't be that upset if the Rangers inexplicably pick Halladay.

Being a fan of both the Rangers and BoSox....I am glad neither went after Halladay. They both would have given up to much. Especially if the BoSox went after him. Toronto would have asked even more from some1 in their division.

Toronto was some kind of delusional with what they were asking.
