Yeah this is so stupid. I don't see what the NCAA thinks they're accomplishing here. Everyone remembers that Michigan team and that Chris Webber called the timeout even though it "technically" didn't happen since he was later ruled ineligible. Taking away past occurrences does nothing to punish those involved, and I don't see why they still do it. Take away some scholarships and move on...
